The ALTC is currently supporting 3 CLT affordable home demonstration projects in two Atlanta BeltLine neighborhoods. The Lofts at Reynoldstown Crossing development, supported by the ALTC, sold the first CLT condominuims in Georgia history during the Spring of 2012. The ALTC in partnership with Atlanta BeltLine, Inc., Invest Atlanta (formerly the Atlanta Development Authority) and Bank of America created 3 permanently affordable loft condominiums for 2 Atlanta Police Officers and one Atlanta Public Schools Teacher. The 3 homes are a part of ALTC’s permanent home portfolio, with all initial and future re-sales of those CLT homes restricted as affordable in both sales price and eligible buyer income.
In addition, ALTC also supports 10 CLT renter-occupied units at Pittsburgh Community Improvement Association (PCIA) located in Atlanta’s historic Pittsburgh community.
Additional CLT Homeownership opportunities will be available for sale in 2014 as ALTC builds its pipeline, so please check our website periodically for updates and announcements concerning availability.
